Aitken Spence PLC has a Public Private Partnership with Fiji Ports Corporation (FPCL) and Fiji Ports Terminals Ltd (FPTL). The Shareholders of Fiji Ports Corporation are, The Ministry of Public Enterprises in Fiji, Aitken Spence PLC (ASPLC) and Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF).
